We offer three levels of service Fully Managed, Rent Collection and Let Only, the managed service is for those Landlords that want to be a distant landlord and allow the agent to be responsible for the daily running, rent collection is ideal for those Landlord’s that want to keep a hand in during the tenancy and let only is for the Landlord who is looking for marketing and finding the tenant only. We see ourselves as the flexible Letting agent, we can tailor the right service for you.
